Fit Force is an excellent place to not only get into shape with the Boot Camp; but it is also a great place to learn Karate... both welcoming and fun for everyone. The camaraderie among those who attend tends to extend well beyond the walls of the gym. The instructors are enthusiastic, encouraging, knowledgeable and experienced.

For women who are uncertain about Karate, I want to tell you that I found Fit Force to be a very inviting place for a woman to learn. I learned defense movements, situational defense, grappling, strength and endurance. Plus, it was great to actually learn how to properly and confidently strike something/someone. None of that bent wrist striking I used to do.

I also found Fit Force's Boot Camp to be a fantastic way to get (back) into shape; to increase your strength and endurance; and to challenge oneself. The methods employed as well as the environment at Fit Force was one that not only improved my health overall, but was also encouraging, challenging, and always INTERESTING!!!!.

Fit Force has made it possible for me to live again. I can now do things which I haven't done since college. I was tired, overweight and dull. My wife told me I snored terribly while lying on my back. I guess that was due to my weight. I suffered from acid reflux and had boarder line hypertension. Do to the hard work at Fit Force and changing the way I eat, I went from a 235 pound fat boy down to my current weight of 185. I have lost 6 pant sizes and feel great. I recommend Fit Force to anyone that is trying to lose weight, learn Martial Arts or trying to improve their body.

I have been training with Hank Valadao for 2 years now and what separates him from any other trainer, other than his exceptional skills, is how much he genuinely cares about his clients. Over the past 2 years, Hank has been my trainer and a friend guiding me to my fitness achievements. Previous to Hank, my workout experience had not been very effective and I found myself doing the same old thing without any drive. Hank brings an added amount of enthusiasm. Each lesson is different; I am consistently and constantly being challenged by his new mix of exercises. Hank is an expert in Martial Arts which he blends into his variety of exercises helping me to find new ways to challenging myself. Hank has enabled me to do things I was not able to do before and I believe he has created a much more energetic and happier person. I wholeheartedly recommend Hank and Fit Force for the professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. All you need to do....is just show up.

I've joined several gyms only to stop going after a few weeks or months due to boredom and them being crowded in the evening. Well, there's nothing boring about Fit Force in Tracy. Our instructor (he's a 5th degree blackbelt) is energized, enthusiastic and encouraging. He's constantly giving feedback and makes sure you are using the correct form. I've taken this class before and lost weight without changing my diet. I'm now eating better so expect to get even better results this time around. Check this place out if you are looking to get in shape in a fun environment. The only thing you have to lose, is weight.

I've trained at their Tracy studio for the past three years. The people there really set it apart from any other place I've seen. I get a harder workout than I ever thought I could. The instructor not only knows what he's talking about, but can actually teach you. It is always something different and challenging, which keeps it fun.

I first attended Fit Force last year and left. I've tried many "bootcamps" and have never been able to find one comparable to Fit Force...Needless to say, I'm back. This is my 2nd week and I don't' know why I ever left. Awesome instruction, instructor and ambiance highly recommend the 6 pm-7 pm adult bootcamp for you ladies (and there are various ages and stages) who want to work out and have fun at the same time. Everyone is encouraging!
